Our plastic raw materials include santoprene (a kind of TPE), nylon, polycarbonate, POM, PMMA, ABS, PVC, polypropylene and polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE).

Our metal products include condenser motor cases and shield caps, radiator motor cases and shield caps, flux rings, roofing hammers, flanged pipes, receiver brackets, slot nuts, brackets, channels, gears, D-shafting, tubing, hooks, plates, washers and clamps.

Our metal materials include copper, brass, stainless steel, aluminum, Zamak and carbon steel.

We provide a wide range of assembly services, including welding, brazing, screwing, fastening and hinging. We also offer a full range of surface treatments, including polishing, painting, zinc-plate, chrome-plating, anodizing, and powder coating.

Our advantages are JIT, 48h quotation, 3-4 week prototype, tool design & engineering, CNC mold manufacturing in house, material selection and PPAP III.

Engineering software we used includes CAD, Pro-E, UG and Solidworks.
